The holidays are officially upon us, as any time after Thanksgiving is fair game, and as we know, the holiday season is overwhelmingly the most popular time for marriage proposals. Thanks to Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s Eve, 13% of all proposals in 2009 took place during the month of December, according to Condé Nast Wedding Study, compared to only 8% in February, despite having Valentine’s Day.
And for those that are not quite ready to propose, the amount of Black Friday deals and general advertising, it can certainly put us in the mood. Verragio’s decided to make choosing that perfect engagement ring this season just a little easier with Trunk Shows across the country, starting the first weekend in December.
Trunk shows are a great way to not only view Verragio’s rings that may not always be on display at a certain authorized retailer, but customers can speak to Verragio’s representatives to get the answers to any questions they may have.
Customers in the Michigan area can meet with us at Preusser Jewelers in Grand Rapids on both December 3rd and the 4th, and moving further east, we will have two other shows that same weekend in the Washington DC area. Simultaneously, we will have shows on December 3rd at both J Brown Jewelers in Pikesville Maryland and at Mervis Diamond Importers in the busy Tyson’s Corner, Virginia shopping center. So busy, in fact, we will be back at Mervis in Tyson’s Corner on December 5th as well.
And for fans north of the border, like Baily Grose, Verragio will be hosting two trunk shows in Alberta, Canada. Starting December 2nd until the 3rd, Borealis Diamonds will be kind enough to host us and welcome interested consumer. But don’t fret if you can’t make it, we will be back at Riviera Jewelry in Fort McMurray in Albert on December 4th to help anyone we might have missed.
